Returns & Exchanges

At Edikted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
